What Living With Radiance means to me ...
I define living with radiance as putting your best foot forward each day, sharing the best qualities you have, leaving a positive impression on the people you meet, and waking up each day and going to bed each night feeling good about who you are, where you are, and where you are going. We all have our struggles, moments of self-doubt, and days where we don't feel so great. If we can get through those days feeling thankful for the lessons we are learning and not get caught up on the negatives in our lives, then I think we should applaud ourselves for living with radiance. To put it simply ... to love, honour and respect ourselves and those around us. If we are not able to embrace who we are, it is difficult to love and appreciate others.
This site is about sharing with you the things that help me to be healthy, self-aware, empower me, and contribute to my living with radiance. Of course my family, friends and colleagues are foremost on the list.

I have found that hypnosis and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) has contributed the most to my being emotionally, physically and spiritually healthy. The most freeing for me was loosing my severe phobia of heights through EFT. I am a certified hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner. Keeping physically active is very important for helping to maintain a healthy body, mind and soul. This becomes even more important as we age. My favourite ways of accomplishing this are aquafit, a quick work-out at the gym when time permits, and taking the boss for walks.
Equally as important as keeping physically active is good nutrition. I believe in adding supplements to my daily routine and trying to keep toxins at a minimum. Maintaining a healthy weight for your age, body type, and lifestyle is an added bonus.
These are all things that I have found work well based on my personal beliefs and my lifestyle.
